Your Event Says Everything About You. Don't Let the Restrooms Be the Thing People Remember.

There's a saying in event planning: guests forget what went right. They never forget what went wrong.
You've organized a stunning outdoor corporate retreat in Whistler. The client presentation was flawless. The catered lunch was exceptional. The venue looked like it was pulled from a magazine. And then 80 people in business attire queued up for a bank of standard portable toilets, and that's the detail your colleagues talked about on the drive home.
I'm Megan, co-founder of Coastline Luxury Rentals. We provide luxury restroom trailer rentals across BC - and the corporate events market is one I feel strongly about, because the stakes are higher. When your name is on an event, everything is a reflection of your judgment.
The Restroom Is a Brand Decision
Think about the last high-end corporate event you attended. The signage was polished. The materials were printed on heavy card stock. The food was thoughtfully sourced. Every touchpoint was considered; because whoever organized it understood that each detail signals something about how seriously they take the experience.
The restroom is a touchpoint. For outdoor or off-site events, it might be the most intimate touchpoint of the day. A luxury restroom trailer tells your guests: we thought about you. A bank of plastic portable toilets tells them something else entirely.
Where We See This Most
The corporate clients we work with tend to fall into a few categories:
Company retreats and team-building events at private venues, farms, or waterfront properties across the Sea to Sky and Lower Mainland
Product launches and client appreciation events held outdoors where the venue itself is part of the brand story
Developer and construction project milestones - ground-breakings, topping-out ceremonies, and site showcases where investors, clients, and press are on location
Film and production crews on location - where welfare facilities need to match the professionalism of the production
Charity galas and fundraisers at off-site venues - events where donors and sponsors expect a premium experience
What a Luxury Trailer Actually Delivers
Our trailer, The Tuxedo, was built for exactly these situations. Two fully enclosed private stalls, running hot and cold water, climate control, ambient lighting, and a clean, elegant interior. It's self-contained - 160-gallon fresh water tank, 260-gallon waste capacity. It works on any site, with or without existing infrastructure. We can run on shore power or go fully off-grid with our generator package.
For multi-day corporate events or site installations, we also offer attendant service - a dedicated person who keeps everything stocked, clean, and presentable throughout the day. It's the detail that makes a facility feel effortless.
A Note on Discretion
One thing I appreciate about our corporate clients: they understand that the best vendors are the ones you don't notice. The goal isn't for guests to walk away talking about the restroom trailer; it's for them to walk away having never had a moment of discomfort. That's the job done right.
We're based in North Vancouver and serve events across Metro Vancouver, the Sea to Sky corridor, and the Sunshine Coast. If you're organizing an event and want to make sure every detail is covered, I'd love to talk through what makes sense for your event size and location.
